William IV (1830-37), gold Sovereign, 1832, second bare head right, nose points to second I in legend with flat top ear, W.W. incuse on truncation, Latin legend and toothed border surrounding, GULIELMUS IIII D: G: BRITANNIAR: REX F: D:, rev. crowned quartered shield of arms in frame, date ANNO 1831 below, edge milled, weight 7.97g (Bentley 27; Bull EGC 1024; MCE 490; Hill 17; S.3829B). Toned, some light surface marks and hairlines, graded by NGC as MS62.

NGC Certification 2130746-015.

Calendar year mintage 3,737,065.

The Latin legend translates on the obverse as "William the Fourth by the Grace of God", continuing on the reverse as "King of the Britons, Defender of the Faith".
