William III (1694-1702),silver Shilling, 1696, off-centre mistrike, first laureate and draped bust right, legend and toothed border surrounding, GVLIELMVS. III.DEI.GRA.,rev.crowned cruciform shields, Lion of Nassau at centre, date either side of top crown, .MAG. BR.FRA. ET.HIB. REX. weight 5.71g (Bull 1104; ESC 1078; S.3497).Toned with heavy surface marks both sides and some weakness, good fine and about 20% off-centre.

The Latin legends translate as on the obverse "William III by the Grace of God," and abbreviated on the reverse as "King of Great Britain, France and Ireland."
