IMP., rev. three crowned emblematic shields alternating with emblems, smaller rose, all within the circle of the Latin Garter motto HONI. SOIT. QUI. MAL. Y. PENSE, beaded circles with value in words and date surrounding, edge milled, weight 5.64g (ESC 1362; Bull 3156; Davies 1015 dies 2+B; S.3940).Some light tone with light hairlines, extremely fine and a rarer date.

The Latin legend translates as "Victoria by the grace of God, Queen of the Britains, Defender of the Faith"
