Victoria (1837-1901),bronze Farthing, 1893, "bun" type laureate and draped bust left, Latin legend and beaded border surrounding, VICTORIA D: G: BRITT: REG: F: D:,rev.Britannia seated right on rock with trident and shield, lighthouse to left, ship to right, date in exergue, denomination in words and toothed border surrounding, weight 2.83g (Fr.568 dies 7+F; S.3958).Light toning, considerable underlying lustre, a pleasing extremely fine.

The Latin legend on obverse translates as "Victoria, by the grace of God, Queen of the Britains, Defender of the Faith."
