Victoria (1837-1901), bronze Farthing, 1891, "bun" type laureate and draped bust left, Latin legend and beaded border surrounding, VICTORIA D: G: BRITT: REG: F: D: rev. Britannia seated right on rock with trident and shield, lighthouse to left, ship to right, date in exergue, denomination in words and toothed border surrounding (Fr.564; S.3958). Light toning, a few tiny spots on obverse, nearly full lustre, uncirculated.
The Latin legend on obverse translates as "Victoria, by the grace of God, Queen of the Britons, Defender of the Faith."
