Victoria 1887 proof Five Pounds, Jubilee issue, PF63 ULTRA CAMEO

Victoria (1837-1901),gold Proof Five Pounds, 1887, Jubilee type crowned bust left, J.E.B. initials on truncation, VICTORIA D: G: BRITT: REG: F: D:,rev.St George and dragon right, date in exergue, B.P. to upper right of exergue (W.R. 285; Hill F31; L&S 72; S.3864).Some light surface marks and hairlines, has been graded and slabbed by NGC as PF63 ULTRA CAMEO.

We note as of September 2021 that 162 examples of the proof Five Pounds have been graded across both services of which only 50 are finer.
The Latin legend translates as "Victoria by the grace of God, Queen of the Britons, Defender of the Faith."
One of only 797 pieces issued for the Golden Jubilee.
