Victoria (1837-1901), gold Five Pounds, 1887, Jubilee type crowned bust left, J.E.B. initials on truncation, VICTORIA D: G: BRITT: REG: F: D:,rev.St George and dragon right, date in exergue, B.P. to upper right of exergue, weight 40.00g (Schneider 653; Hill F30; Bull EGC 1307; GH 112; S.3864).Lightly toned, obverse with considerable brilliance, though perhaps once wiped on reverse as fields display multiple parallel hairlines, tiny nicks on cheek, hairline scratch in right field of obverse, a couple of smaller scuffs on reverse, otherwise extremely fine.
