Victoria (1837-1901), cupro-nickel Proof Quarter Farthing, 1868, young head left, legend and toothed border surrounding, VICTORIA D: G: BRITANNIAR: REGINA F: D:, rev. struck en medaille, crown over three line inscription with emblematic spray below, QUARTER / FARTHING/ 1868, open top to Q in legend (Peck 1615; S.3953). Toned practically as struck, and rare, has been graded and slabbed by CGS UK as UNC82.

CGS UK certification 21070 - QF.V1.1868.01.

The Latin legend translates as "Victoria by the grace of God, Queen of the Britons, Defender of the Faith."
