Victoria (1837-1901), gold Half Sovereign, 1867, die number 17, second young head left, type A2, date below, VICTORIA DEI GRATIA, toothed border around rim both sides, rev. crowned quartered shield of arms in frame, die number 17 below, BRITANNIARUM REX FID: DEF: weight 3.99g (Marsh 443; S.3860). Lightly toned almost extremely fine, a low calendar mintage year.

The Latin legends translates on obverse as "Victoria by the Grace of God," and on the reverse as "Queen of the Britains, Defender of the Faith."
