Victoria (1837-1901), silver Shilling, 1851, second young filleted head left, VICTORIA DEI GRATIA BRITANNIAR: REG: F: D: rev. crowned mark of value within laurel and oak wreath, date below, weight 5.64g (Bull 2999; ESC 1298 R2; Davies 865; S.3904). Toned, pleasing good very fine and rare.

The Latin legend translates as "Victoria by the grace of God, Queen of the Britons, Defender of the Faith."
