Victoria (1837-1901), copper Half-Farthing, 1844, young filleted head left, legend and toothed border surrounding, VICTORIA D: G: BRITANNIAR: REGINA F:D: rev. crowned denomination and date in three lines, emblems below (Peck 1594; S.3951). Uneven tone, with some lustre, otherwise uncirculated.
The Latin legends translates on obverse as "Victoria by the Grace of God, Queen of the Britains, Defender of the Faith."
