Victoria 1843 Three-Halfpence

Victoria (1837-1901), silver Three-Halfpence, 1843, with 43 of date struck over 34, young head left, legend and toothed border surrounding, VICTORIA D:G: BRITANNIAR: REGINA F: D: rev. crowned value and date within oak wreath (Bull 3470; Davies 1386; ESC 2259B; S.3915). Attractively toned, uncirculated.

The Latin legends translates on obverse as "Victoria by the Grace of God, Queen of the Britain's, Defender of the Faith."
