Victoria (1837-1901), copper Halfpenny, 1841, young filleted head left, date below, W:W. incuse on truncation, Latin legend and toothed border surrounding, VICTORIA DEI GRATIA rev. Britannia seated right with ornamental trident and shield, emblems in exergue, Latin legend and toothed border surrounding, BRITANNIAR: REG FID: DEF : colon further from DEF, no colon after G, weight 9.32g (Peck 1524; S.3949). With considerable lustre, some spots and blemishes, has been graded and slabbed by NGC as MS64RB.

NGC Certification 5880648-022.

The Latin legends translate as on obverse "Victoria, by the grace of God," and on the reverse "Queen of the Britains, Defender of the Faith."
