Tudor rose within stylised crown border, VIVAT REGINA 1952 1977 and scallop shell, 44mm, 2.89 troy oz., 90.00g, [82.42g AGW], hallmarked and numbered 1, with un-numbered certificate and original Royal Mint case of issue (Eimer 2135b). Practically as struck.

The edge of the medal itself is stamped No. 1 proving that it is the very first medal struck of this size and type.
