LEONTINON (retrograde), head of a roaring lion facing left, its tongue protruding, four grain-ears around, 17.49g., 3h (Rizzo, pl. XXIII, 19 (this obverse die); SNG ANS 234 (this obverse die)). Some light die-rust on obverse, beautiful iridescent cabinet tone, extremely fine, NGC AU 4/5 5/5.
