SCOTOR, rev. crowned thistle, OPPIDVM. EDINBURGI, weight 1.93g (Burns 3, fig.960; S.5511). Toned, good very fine for issue.
The abbreviated Latin legends translate as on the obverse "James the Sixth, by the Grace of God, King of Scotland" and on the reverse "Town of Edinburgh."
