Ayyubid, al-Nasir Salah al-Din Yusuf I, Saladin, (AH 564-589 / 1169-93 AD), silver Dirham, Dimashq, AH 575, square-in-circle type, citing the Abbasid caliph al-Mustadi as al-Imam al-Mustadi bi-amr Allah, amir al-muminin, on the obverse, and naming Saladin, Yusuf b. Ayyub in the upper quadrant, and citing him as al-Malik al-Nasir / Salah al-Du/nya wa al-Din in the centre on the reverse, 3.00g, 6h (Album 787.1 [R]). About extremely fine, scarce.

al-Malik al-Nasir Salah al-Dunya wa al-Din can be translated as Victorious King, righteousness of the world and of religion.
