IMP / CAE - SA[R] / DIVI F, around a shield with central boss, 3.91g, 3h (BMC 309; C. 126; RIC 543a). An unusual and distinctive portrait of Octavian, lightly toned with some light porosity otherwise a most attractive piece, almost extremely fine.
