Lysimachus Drachm, very rare with portrait of Alexander the Great.

Kings of Thrace, Lysimachos (323-281 BC), silver Drachm, Magnesia ad Meandrum, c. 297-281 BC, diademed head of Alexander the Great right, deified, with the horn of Ammon, rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ - ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ, Athena seated left, holding Nike, crowning the king's name, in her right hand, and leaning with her left arm on shield decorated with lion's head, transverse spear behind, 4.17g, 1h (Thompson 118; Müller 330; HGC 3, 1753b; Westmoreland 65 [this coin]). A superb portrait, good very fine with even grey patina, and a rare type.
