Kushan Empire, Kipanada (c.345-375 AD), gold Dinar, king standing facing, head left, lowering his right hand to altar, above which is a trident, name below left arm, Brahmi letters "bhadra" under right arm, and "kipanada" in field far right rev. goddess Ardoksho enthroned facing, 7.63g (Gobl 595-6; Mitchiner 3584-88). With good detail on both king and goddess, toned extremely fine.
