17th Century Token, Devon, Honiton, John Hall, Farthing, 1667, the 7 struck over a 3, date at centre, rosette with pellet each side above and below, beaded circles and legend surrounding both sides, *IOHN* HALL *, rev. H over IR, *IN .:. HONYTON.:., weight 0.77g (B.W.182). Toned a pleasing bold very fine with a clear overdate.

John Hall first issued his Farthing in 1663, with the subsequent issue of 1667 employing the same pair of dies that were still functional and merely required a date change.
