James I (1603-25), silver Shilling, third coinage (1619-25), sixth crowned bust right, value behind, Latin legend and beaded borders surrounding both sides, initial mark trefoil (1625) both sides, IACOBVS D: G: MAG: BRI: FR: ET HIB: REX., rev. quartered shield of arms, Latin legend without stops and beaded borders surrounding both sides, QVÆ DEVS CONIVNXIT NEMO SEPARET, weight 5.93g (N.2124; S.2668). Toned mainly around the legends, a few light marks, otherwise a bold to good very fine.
