HIB; REX., rev. crowned harp, beaded circles and legend surrounding, .TVEATVR. VNITA. DEVS. weight 2.15g (DF 260; S.6514). Toned, weak at centre both sides with bold legends and mint marks, about very fine.

The abbreviated Latin legends translate as on the obverse, "James, by the grace of God, King of England, Scotland France and Ireland," and on the reverse "May God guard the united."
