Ireland, Henry VIII (1509-47), silver Groat, first harp issue (1534-40), issued with Anne Boleyn (1534-35), quartered arms over cross fleury, beaded circles and legend surrounding, initial mark crown, hEnRI C'x VIII Dx Gx R' AGLIE'x Z, rev. crowned harp, crowned h to left for Henry, crowned A to right for Anne, legend continues from obverse, FRAnCExx DOmInVSx hIBERnIE'x, weight 2.22g (D&F 201; S.6472). Toned, has been slabbed and graded by NGC as XF45.

The abbreviated Latin legends translate as on the obverse "Henry the Eighth by the Grace of God, King of England and" continuing on the reverse as "France, Lord of Ireland"
