Ireland, Henry VII Portrait issue Groat, Dublin

Henry VII (1485-1509), silver Groat, later portrait issue (1496-1505), Dublin Mint, open crowned facing bust in plain tressure of arcs, legend surrounding, rev. long cross pattée, trio of pellets in each inner angle, twin concentric legends surrounding, Posui and City of Dublin type legend (D&F 193; S.6453). A little double struck, toned very fine and rare.
