Henry VII (1485-1509),gold Angel of six shillings and eight pence, type V, St Michael slaying dragon, beaded circle and Latin legend surrounding, initial mark pheon (1505-09) both sides, saltire stops and abbreviated Latin legend both sides hEnRIC'x DI'x GRA'x REXx AGL' xZx FRA'rev.ship sailing right, quartered shield upon hull, cross above, h to left, rose to right, PERxx CRVCE'x TVA'x SALVAx nOSx XPE'x RD', weight 4.30g (Schneider 542-544; N.1698; S.2187).Toned, has been clipped around perimeter, very fine, bolder in parts, has been slabbed and graded by NGC as Clipped.

NGC certification 8221158-002.

The abbreviated Latin legends translate as on the obverse "Henry by the Grace of God, King of England and France"; and on the reverse "By Thy cross, save us, O Christ, our Redeemer."
