George V 1915 Maundy Set

George V (1910-36), silver Maundy set, 1915, Four, Three, Two and One New Pence, each with bare head of King left, with raised BM for Bertram Mackennal on right of truncation, legend and toothed border surrounding, GEORGIVS V D: G: BRITT: OMN: REX F: D: IND: IMP: rev. crowned mark of value with date either side all within oak wreath (Bull 3975; ESC 2532; S.4016). Lightly toned mint state in red octagonal fitted and dated case of issue.

The mintage for all four denominations for 1918 would produce 1,293 Maundy sets.
