IND: IMP:,rev.struck en médaille, St George slaying dragon with sword, WWP under lance, Mint letter P at centre of ground-line, date in exergue, B.P. to upper right of exergue (Bentley 858; McDonald 242; Marsh 251; S.4001). Toned has been slabbed and graded by NGC as MS62.

NGC Certification 6066373-094.

We note as of June 2021 that NGC have slabbed and graded 36 pieces of which seven are finer. PCGS have slabbed and graded 92 pieces of which only 51 are finer.

Calendar Year Mintage 4,278,144.

The Latin legends translates on obverse as "George the Fifth by the Grace of God, King of all the Britains, Defender of the Faith, Emperor of India."
