George III 1784 silver Penny

George III (1760-1820), silver Penny, 1784, laureate and draped bust right, Latin legend and toothed border surrounding, GEORGIVS. III. DEI. GRATIA. rev. crowned 1, date either side at top, .MAG. BRI. FR. ET. HIB. REX. weight 0.52g (Bull 2287; ESC 2361; S.3759). Toned extremely fine.

The Latin legend translates as "George the Third by the grace of God," on obverse and on the reverse "King of Great Britain, France and Ireland."
