George III 1774 Farthing

George III (1760-1820), copper Farthing, 1774, second obverse, laureate and cuirassed bust right, Latin legend and toothed border surrounding, GEORGIVS. III. REX. rev. Britannia seated left on globe with spear and olive branch, date in exergue (Peck 916; S.3775). One Verdigris spot each side, some lustre with light toning, good extremely fine.

The Latin legends translate as on obverse "George III King" and on the reverse "of the Britons."
