George III (1760-1820), copper Halfpenny, 1773, first obverse, laureate and cuirassed bust right, Latin legend and toothed border surrounding both sides, GEORGIVS. III. REX. rev. second type, Britannia seated left on globe with spear and olive branch, date in exergue, BRITAN NIA. weight 10.58g (Peck 904; S.3774). Toned with a hint of lustre on reverse, some scratches on face of King and other hairlines, otherwise extremely fine.

The Latin legends translate as on obverse "George III King" and on the reverse "of Britain"
