George II 1754 Farthing

George II (1727-60), copper Farthing, 1754, laureate and cuirassed bust left, Latin legend and toothed border surrounding, GEORGIVS. II. REX. rev. Britannia seated left on globe with spear and olive branch, date in exergue (Peck 892; S.3722). Toned a bold extremely fine.

The Latin legend translates as on obverse "George II, King" and on reverse " of the Britons,"
