Elizabeth II (1952 -), Victorian Anniversary 5-coin Set, 1901-2001, struck to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the death of Queen Victoria, comprising the 2001 commemorative gold proof Crown, rev. design by Mary Milner-Dickens; a classic portrait of the young Queen Victoria based on the Penny Black stamp with a V representing Victoria, taking the form of railway lines, and in the background the iron framework of the Crystal Palace '1901 2001' '5 POUNDS', 39.94g (S. L9B), and a set of four sovereigns, Young Head Shield reverse (by Wyon), Young Head St George reverse (by Wyon), Jubilee Head (by Boehm) and Old Head (by Brock), each weighing respectively 7.97g, 8.00g, 7.95g, 8.00g (S.3853, 3857, 3867B, 3875). Gold proof Crown brilliant as struck, sovereigns very fine, the whole set in its original Royal Mint green leatherette circular box, within green cardboard outer packaging, booklet and certificate of authenticity No. 379.
