Elizabeth II (1952 - 2022), gold Proof Five-Pounds, 2001, struck to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the death of Queen Victoria, rev. design by Mary Milner-Dickens; a classic portrait of the young Queen Victoria based on the Penny Black stamp with a V representing Victoria, taking the form of railway lines, and in the background the iron framework of the Crystal Palace '1901 2001' '5 POUNDS', 39.94g (S. L9). Gold proof Crown brilliant as struck, slabbed and graded by NGC as Reverse PF70.

These reverse Proof Crowns came from 733 sets issued, with special treatment of the crown, featuring frosted fields on both obverse and reverse.
