Elizabeth II 1980 Ten Pence Mis-Strike on an 8 gram nickel flan MS61

Elizabeth II (1952-2022), Decimal Ten Pence, 1980, mistrike on a nickel blank weighing 7.99g, probably from a Canada 50 Cents of 1980 which weigh 8.1g at time of issue, decimal crowned bust right by Arnold Machin, legend with date surrounding and beaded outer border, ELIZABETH. II D. G. REG. F. D. 1980, rev. crowned lion prancing left over 10 value, legend above NEW PENCE, edge partially milled (S.F1). Toned, the milling weak as the blank being smaller than a regular ten pence did not quite fill the die to receive full edge marking, has been graded and slabbed by NGC as MS61, very rare.
