Edward VII (1901-10), gold Sovereign, 1910 M, Melbourne Mint, bare head right, DES below truncation for engraver George William De Saulles, Latin legend and toothed border surrounding, EDWARDVS VII D: G: BRITT: OMN: REX F: D: IND: IMP:, rev. St George and dragon right, date in exergue, M mint mark on ground-line, small WWP below lance for William Wellesley Pole, previous Master of the Mint when design adopted, B.P. in upper right of exergue for engraver Benedetto Pistrucci, edge milled (Bentley 822; Marsh 194; S.3971). Toned with some light marks, has been graded and slabbed by NGC as MS61.

The abbreviated Latin legends translate as "Edward by the Grace of God, King of all the Britains, Defender of the Faith, Emperor of India."
