Constantine I, The Great (A.D. 307-337), Silver Siliqua. Mint of Siscia, struck A.D. 326-7. Diademed head facing right, eyes gazing upwards towards Heaven, rev. CONSTAN-TINVS AVG, Victory advancing left, holding a wreath and a palm, SIS in exergue, 2.69g., 12h (RIC 210). An attractive example of this rare issue, with a good portrait and pleasant iridescent toning, a few light marks on obverse, otherwise extremely fine.
