VICT BRIT (in exergue), P M TR P X IMP VII [CO]S IIII P P, S-C, Victory seated right on shields, inscribing a shield set on her knee (RIC 452; C 946). A very good example of this popular type referring to victory in Britannia, dark brown patina, nearly extremely fine.
