Charles I, Chief Justice Heath, 1645, cast, silver Royalist badge by Thomas Rawlins, bust of Sir Robert Heath, left, wearing cap and official robes and collar, EFFIG : R : HEATH : MIL : CAP : IVS : D : BANC : REG and below ÆTAT : SVÆ : 71. 1645 and T R monogram for the engraver, rev. armorial shield of Heath, within laurel branches, in imitation of engraving, 32 x 25mm (MI i 319/154; Platt, Vol. II, pp 150-151, type C, there listed "possibly unique", with the addition of suspension loops top and bottom). About extremely fine, very rare.
