Canada, Elizabeth II (1952-2022), gold reverse proof Maple Leaf 4-coin Set, 2014, struck in .9999 fine gold, comprising One, Quarter, Tenth, and Twentieth Ounce; on all coins bare head right, ELIZABETH II above round, denomination and date below round, rev. Highly polished maple leaf incuse centre dividing inscriptions CANADA above round, composition below round, edges milled (KM 1600; RCM 128188). All proof as struck with matte fields and brilliant devices, graded by NGC as Reverse PF70.

Incuse is a method of coin striking that involves striking an image down into the metal rather than creating a relief. This was the first incuse fractional set issued by the Royal Canadian Mint.
