Arcadius (383-408), gold Solidus, Thessalonica, AD 402-403, helmeted bust, facing, with spear and shield, rev. CONCORDI-A AVGGG, Constantinopolis seated, holding sceptre and Victory on globe, in exergue, COMOB, 4.56g (RIC 39; Depeyrot 45/1). Tiny scuff to rim at 12 o'clock on the reverse, otherwise very much mint state.
