Shipping policy

Goods shall be paid for in full on date of order, in accordance with the terms as set out in the sales invoice, but in any event within 28 days from the date of invoice.  Without prejudice to its other rights, the Company reserves the right to charge interest at 5 per cent over the UK base rate ruling at the time of invoicing.

When paying by debit or credit card, we only ship to the registered billing address on the payment card used and we have to be able to verify the billing address. If you would like goods to be shipped to an address other than the registered billing address, we require payment by bank transfer.

On goods selling based on the underlying gold price, we accept bank transfers as payment. Any investment gold coins trading near the underlying gold price must be paid for on the date of order. We can also accept UK debit cards up to £2,000.

Any payments by credit cards registered overseas, company or corporate cards may be subject to an additional charge of 3%. This will be calculated and charged after the initial purchase has been processed. Please contact us if you need any assistance.

There are countries and sanctioned individuals from whom we cannot accept payment.
