Victoria (1837-1901), bronze Penny, 1890, laureate "bun style" bust left, legend and toothed border surrounding, VICTORIA D: G: BRITT: REG: F: D: rev. Britannia seated right with trident and shield, denomination in words surrounding, date in exergue (Freeman 130, dies 12+N; S.3954). A few hairlines, spots and blotches both sides, otherwise with full lustre, uncirculated.

The Latin legend translates as "Victoria, by the grace of God, Queen of the Britons, Defender of the Faith."
