Edward II (1307-27), silver long cross Penny, class 13 (c.1315-17), Durham Mint, under Bishop Beaumont, facing crowned head, legend and beaded border surrounding, mint mark lion with lis, EDWAR R ANGL DNS hYB, rev. long cross pattee, tri-pellets in inner angles, legend and beaded borders surrounding, CIVI TAS DVN ELM, 1.38g (N.1064; S.1470). Toned, double struck with two small rim splits, otherwise about very fine and rare.
