S P Q R PAREN / CONS SVO, toga picta over tunica palmata, between aquila and wreath, within a linear border, rev. CAESA[RI] / AVGVST[O], slow quadriga right, its panels decorated with Victories, surmounted by four miniature galloping horses, within a linear border, 3.79g., 6h (BMC 397; C. 78; RIC 99). A lovely example, in unusually fine condition for issue, attractively toned and extremely fine.
